*Queen's Memorial Public Holiday: A National Day of Mourning was announced for September 22 to commemorate the passing of Queen Elizabeth II.
^Show holidays are public holidays appointed in specific districts throughout Queensland and are in relation to annual agricultural, horticultural or industrial shows. The Gold Coast Show Date for 2022 is set for 26th August.
^^Because Christmas Day falls on a Sunday and Boxing Day falls on a Monday the Tuesday is also a public holiday.
